Freebird Posted January 14, 2014 #26 Posted January 14, 2014 I THINK they will work. The 2013 does not have the catalytic converters in the mufflers, they are in the head pipe. I think the mounts are the same as the earlier models. If I was home, I would take another look but unfortunately I'm on the road again.
jaybo Posted January 14, 2014 #27 Posted January 14, 2014 I've seen/or heard about RK Slip ons for the RSV...Will all of the RK's fit the 99 RSV?
Freebird Posted January 14, 2014 #28 Posted January 14, 2014 They will all fit physically but there were a few years where Harley put catalytic converters in one of the mufflers. Those are generally not desirable of the RSV or the RSTD. I'm not exactly sure which years it was.
crazygaucho Posted January 14, 2014 #29 Posted January 14, 2014 thanks a lot ! I will try to get a cheap set to play with. keep the OEM as someone recommended on this site. the catalytic being inside the slip on was my concern. on my book being on the road it is a good thing
Raider58 Posted January 15, 2014 #31 Posted January 15, 2014 (edited) I bought and used these. I took out baffle and glass rapped them. It has an awesome sound. They are a 4" generic harley pipe. https://www.dropbox.com/s/6ml079apkje6aw7/venture%20pipes%20.AVI Edited January 15, 2014 by Raider58
