Venturous Randy Posted October 28, 2013 #1 Posted October 28, 2013 Has anyone looked at whether it would be feasible to modify a 1st gen shock/mount to be usable on a 2nd gen? Evidently Yamaha did pretty good on the 1st gen shocks as I don't remember hearing any failures and they are priced cheap on ebay. This looks like it would be a good project for Dingy since he don't have much going on and he does have a 1st/2nd gen hybrid. RandyA

RandyA Looked at doing this on Hybrid, but gave up on idea. 1st gen shock is longer and mounting differences were an obstacle. http://venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=74527 Gary
