DarrinGT Posted October 23, 2013 #1 Posted October 23, 2013 I am looking for a different exhaust setup on my 97 RSTC, I would like to go 4 into 2, and change out the Quad Barons Nasty Boys system that I am currently running. Does anyone have a set of front pipes from a Venture or RSTD that you are looking to sell? I already have a set of Slipons in mind that I want to use, just need the Head Pipes first. No rush for them as I plan on doing the work on the bike over the winter, Thanks!
DarrinGT Posted October 29, 2013 Author #2 Posted October 29, 2013 Still Looking, I have been watching E-bay as well,, but nothing has shown up yet,... If anyone hears of a set please let me know, Thanks!

Somewhere in the deep dark recesses of my feeble brain, behind lots of cobwebs, I think I remember someone saying that the early Royal Star pipes and flanges are smaller than the RSVs and the later RSTDs. Been wrong before......

Been wrong before...... I understand the Cobweb memory,.... The research that I have been doing is that they will bolt in, just need to do something different for the muffler brackets.
DarrinGT Posted November 6, 2013 Author #7 Posted November 6, 2013 Woot Woot!, Got some!, Pinwall posted a pair on E-bay last night, I called them this morning and they sold them to me. So I am good to go,..

Yup I will be selling the pipes on the bike but that may be a while yet, I will let you know when I am ready to sell them. Do you need the head pipes, or just the slip on mufflers,.?
