moderator help, i,m an idiot

I have the remember me box checked so I usually just click on and go. this time they want my password and what I thought it was is not working. there doesn.t seem to be any hint box or way to reset it. am I missing something? I had it wrote down but over the years it went the way of many of my keys and life insurance info. any way I can relog into my account without knowing the password? thanks al
