for those who have done 28mm to 32mm carb conversion..

..how has it changed your fuel mileage? I found a nice set and am lookng at doing the swap this winter.

 

Thinking about getting rid of the Barons big air kit jetted carbs to try to get better mpg's.

 

Any info is appreciated. Would like to decide on these carbs by Tuesday.

At this point I have passed on the 32mm Carbs, I think I will be looking at a set of stock carbs and stock air box, and sell my Carbs and with the Barons Nasty Boys Jetting and K&N Pods,

 

It is hard to get a feel on what the 32mm carbs get for fuel mileage on the the early bikes,..Have done a lot of searching and reading but not coming up with any solid numbers,...

I'm trying to do the same, and the Baron Kit sucs.

 

I think that pegscraper did it, and he got good results.
