stickhandle2 Posted October 13, 2013 #1 Posted October 13, 2013 Gonna get going on another batch of Apple Pie in the next few days, but I have a question for those more experienced in the art of making this fine beverage. Does it have to be stored in the fridge, our first batch we kept in the fridge but it did take up alot of room. Please wise and more seasoned Apple Pie creators let us know. Thanks, Mike.
tomephil Posted October 13, 2013 #2 Posted October 13, 2013 We keep ours refrigerated but I'm not sure it is needed. I'm in Winnipeg and I can't find apple cider anywhere!! My question is does anyone know of Canadian chains that carry this? Maybe I can special order.
stickhandle2 Posted October 13, 2013 Author #3 Posted October 13, 2013 We get ours directly from some of the apple farms in the area, will see if they ship when we get our next batch of cider.
10spd Posted October 13, 2013 #4 Posted October 13, 2013 :rotf:the apple pie I am thinking of doesn't last that long. It gets drank to fast.
Brake Pad Posted October 13, 2013 #5 Posted October 13, 2013 Ask Rick, He uses it for madisable purposes :rotf:
stickhandle2 Posted October 13, 2013 Author #6 Posted October 13, 2013 :rotf:the apple pie I am thinking of doesn't last that long. It gets drank to fast. That was the only reason we didn't have a problem with our Apple Pie either.........it didn't last long in our house either. My biggest mistake was letting too many other people try it. Maybe time to buy a bar fridge just for beer and pie. Hmmmmm think I just had a good idea, plus it could double for an end table. I love it when a plan comes together.
Prairiehammer Posted October 13, 2013 #7 Posted October 13, 2013 I'm beginning to question the safety of the Apple Pie I still have from JUNE's Maintenance Day...but it has been four months and still no sign of anything fuzzy... It has been refrigerated, though.
