will there ever be a 3rd generation Venture?

When I was shopping for one the Yamaha dude told me that 2013 was the last year of production. Dropped for 2014. He strongly suspected a new model in 2015, but not certain on that.

 

I picked up a beautiful 2009 about a month ago. Had just over 14k miles and looks like it just rolled off the floor. I'm very happy now!

yes folks looks like the RSV is gone from the 2014 line up.

 

The good news is maybe they ARE going to update. Please make it run and handle like a 1 st Gen and look like a 2 nd gen. With a fixed fairing. And give it a VMax power plant. And a STEREO. Amp and pre amp/ tuner plus speakers. I'll supply the thumb drives.

Please don't reinvent the wheel here. Cruise. air ride. stereo, ABS as a low cost option. ( I hate it) I have to sacrifice to pay for a new ride. Make me want to.

I don't know why you just didn't buy another Second Gen?

Surely they're still making them! No?

 

I didn't want to pay 18-20k for a bike that isn't fuel injected and there were no good used ones in my area. Also the street glide just really fit me good. I should have just been more patient and waited for a good used one to pop up. Live and learn. Im not totally unhappy with my Street Glide by any means, i just miss the awesome comfort of the Venture. It spoiled me!
