Instead of firing up my original post I decided to start a new one with an update. I called PayPal and my tracking number confirming delivery was proof enough for them. The case will be closed today. I feel sorry for the guy since the package was stolen. I had sent him an email early on asking what he wanted me to do but instead of replying he filed a claim with PayPal. It will be interesting to see what kind of feedback he leaves. I have a feeling my 100% rating is going to drop! Lesson learned: pay the extra to require a signature! :big-grin-emoticon:

If he does leave negative or neutral feedback you can dispute it with Ebay and if you prove your point then it can be removed.:sign woo hoo::banana::banana::banana::sign woo hoo:

 

Glad it worked out! The buyer is probably short of money and didn't want to accept the financial loss...
