Inner Panel Question

Do the black inner panels have grommets installed where the bolts attache them to the bikes frame?

I'm asking because the panels seem to be too loose when you fasten them on to the frame.

There is a shoulder washer on them. 6 mm hex cap screw through them.

OK, I have them, just seemed to be more play in them then I thought there should be. I got my valve shims adjusted and installed the valve covers with the RSV gaskets. Torqued the valve covers to speck.

I was lucky with the valve shims, even though they where all out of speck I was able to replace them all by either moving shims around or swapping out with the ones I got from Marcarl. Now to recheck/redo the carb sync then start putting parts back on the bike!!!

a bit of looseness in those panels doesn't seem to bother anything ive even lost the shoulder collars for mine and hasn't affected the fairings at all
