Looking at a back rest - need some help (please.)

I'm looking on Aussie eBay at a rider's backrest for my 2004 RSV.

This is the number - 140622667716

Would somebody please mind cutting and pasting the number into their eBay search engine and telling me if it will fit. I'm a bit dubious about the configuration of the three holes.

I'm trying to cut and paste the details and photo on my iPad - with no success.

 

The company Bestem says it has a depot in Atlanta GA as per the information I've managed to cut and paste below. Anybody know them?

It might, if the holes match up to those that you mount the passenger seat to, still there is no adjustment in it's position. One size fits all is a myth.....
