PhilH Posted October 5, 2013 #1 Posted October 5, 2013 Guys, I am looking at an 2008 RSTD and it looks similar to my 1996 RS save for hard saddlebags, speedo panel, and two wind deflectors (cowlings?) on both sides of the radiators. They look too bulky to be just wind deflectors. My question is: what do those "cowlings" do? Are those just wind deflectors or do they hold something inside? Thanks!
