Now that I have had my bike for about 2 months now. I have run 2 cans of Seafoam through it. When the bike is cold it runs like a scalded dog. Once it warms up it does seem to sputter a little on a good pull. This winter I will put new plugs wires & caps. to see if that will help. But in the mean time could it be something as simple as a partially plugged fuel filter? Or could my fuel pump be going bad? Or both. I might be just as far ahead to replace both while I have the bike down.

seafoam can cause issues with the plugs, after a dose or 2 I usually refresh the plugs. At least pulling them out to read them. Techtron is also very good for a carb soak.

are the exhaust pipes the same temperature of do you have a cool one?

fuel filter change is always good

carb sync may help, inspect slides and diaphragms
