well there was some one that didnt make it home from freebirds maint day. he compiled a list of stuff to test. cant remember for the life of me his name. should have subscribed to thread but that is another story. was up by fulton ill pulled up to stop. bike would not rev and tac was all over. rolled off to shoulder bike woke up. we made it back over to iowa. bike would miss every once in a while but made it home. took cover off and looked at fuse and wiring. but thought i would print out his flow chart of sorts so i dont keep testing same thing.

jep printed out a few ideas. still have stock fuses. had bike running and i touched each fuse headlamp and ign fuse taught me a new language. had the radio on when i played with wire static would come and go need to find my resistance. think headlamp is just the load. but ign fuse shouldent get that hot.

well started to throw fuse holder on ign wire. changed my mind went to boat shop bought a fuse block with built in ground lugs. then went to parts store bought 5 gang fuse cluster and gold terminals replaced all glass fuse assy. at the top of old fuse box was a lonely ground lug. added it to boat shop one. then added a ground wire to battery. put bike back together for test run. best it has ever ran. cant be-leave the difference... now to fasten down fuse holders. will have to add a relay for accy wires as stock wire small want air horn and garman, etc. have them on bike already just need to find a place for compressor. have trumpets:dancefool:any idea where to hide compressor.
