spear Posted September 14, 2013 #26 Posted September 14, 2013 I share the pain. My felinus domesticus Pepsi had to be put to sleep recently. She was 21 years of age.
b2dad Posted September 14, 2013 #27 Posted September 14, 2013 So sorry Bob and Becky. I know how much you are hurting. But you've taken a step in the right direction...on the road to recovery. Our faithful friends / family will never be forgotten, but I am sure they don't wish us to grieve for them but to go ahead and love another, especially a shelter / rescue animal. How wonderful! pretty sure this is a decision you will not regret. Keep us posted when you bring her home and her new name! Patti and Don
Guest Posted September 14, 2013 #29 Posted September 14, 2013 Sorry to hear this Bob. Ive been through my share of this stuff over my life. It never gets easier.
Evan Posted September 15, 2013 #30 Posted September 15, 2013 Been away Bob so I just now saw your post. Like many others, I understand how a pet like Sonny can become family. Any new member of your family will be lucky to have owners like you and Becky.
