Ok so if you dissect the pic SKid is in uniform, but Dan isn't wearing any of his riding gear. Deduction: he's not riding his bike. So what does that leave? He's either driving the car (a distinct possibility). Also Dan is walking, not as much a possibility.

Reason for the stop and chat? Maybe it's one of those DUI checks?

 

Guess we gotta wait for one of these two to let us know.
