dacheedah Posted September 12, 2013 #29 Posted September 12, 2013 EZ, no bracing needed, tear out the old, if you go wide on one side my suggestion would be to pull the sheeting, frame and resheet to corner. Stick your header in one LVL at a time and nail in place with a 3" ring shank framing nail. Once your all up cut the sheeting, trim out and side.
