MikeWa Posted September 6, 2013 #1 Posted September 6, 2013 Miles / Million Mile Rider / was struck in the helmet by lightening while riding on Interstate 5 yesterday evening. KIRO tv news reported he was taken to Harbor View Hospital in Seattle. Witnesses said he was able to keep the bike upright. And after he initially stopped he rode a half mile to a gas station for help. Hair, eyes and ears were burned. I do not have his contact information so I don't know his current condition. Mike

ZLDRider Posted September 6, 2013 #5 Posted September 6, 2013 Unfortunately, he survived and has been discharged from Harborview. But, you don't want to associate with him, trust me.
