Favor to ask especially out of US VR's

Any and all states would be great. My cousin has a friend who is making a collage for her young daughter and sent me this message "A friend of mine is making a collage for her daughter for her September birthday and wants to get postcards from all around the world. I wondered if you guys would do me the favor of sending me a postcard from your area and say "Happy Birthday Hope" on them.You can send them to me at Vance, 2427 E Park, Pierre, SD 57501." anybody who can assist in this I would be very grateful. I know in your post it mentioned different countries, it may sound strange of me to ask, but would other states in the US fit the bill as well. The reason I ask is I'm not sure if there was something specific in mind with the mention of other countries.
