Intercom question

On the Wing that I just got rid of, as soon as someone spoke into the mic, the radio would cut out so you could hear each other. This doesn't seem to be the case with my RSV...you can still hear the radio in the background when you're talking....you need to talk over the music...is that the way it is supoosed to work, or do I need to adjust some settings?

Thats the way mine is, you can adjust the ic up louder. When you talk on cb it cuts out the audio though

Yup mine also. Warning though if you bump the IC volume up to high you start getting a loud "swhoosh" background noise from the mic's
