San Diego to Edmonton- Day 1 & 2 & Pic's

I left San Diego Monday morning early to try to get ahead of the heat going into Las Vegas, it was 102 degrees when I got there, should have left way earlier . This morning when I left it was a much more reasonable 85 degrees. I have made it to Provo Utah and plan on being in Dillon Montana tomorrow.

 

I have heard it a million times that the faster you go the less mpg you get, well here is a million and one:

 

posted speed limit in Oregon \ California 55 to 65 mph, averaged 41 mpg

posted speed limits in Nevada \ Utah 65 to 80 mph, averaged 35 mpg
