Importing from Canada to the UK-Help??

I've put an wanted ad on this site for a 1983/93 XVZ frame, and would like some info on how to ship it to the UK, what's the cheapest method and how will it have to be packed, will a palette do etc?

Hey Woz. Mi Mum just went back to England after a brief visit she coulda put it in her hand bag.lol. I guess the bloke that you buy it from would have to take care of that....right.

The guy I'm buying it from's not too sure and I'd like to help him by getting as much info as I can, I thought that maybe some people on this site have gone through this and could shed some light on this for us, thanks anyway, greetings from Wales.
