IronMike Posted August 5, 2013 #4 Posted August 5, 2013 I just saw a car cream a deer on I 79 n at the 123. It lookes like chillie when she got done with it @ 75 mph. Nothing was left. Imagine what that would do to a biker. A few killed by deer earlier in ohio this year. Bikers that is.
Flyinfool Posted August 5, 2013 #5 Posted August 5, 2013 My sister that works for the US Forest Service just sent me this..... From our law enforcement reports. Eeeewww! On 6/26, an LEO on the Northern Hills RD responded to a motorcycle versus deer accident. The man operating the large cruiser style motorcycle was not wearing a helmet or appropriate safety gear at the time of the accident. When struck by the motorcycle, the deer’s stomach burst and spewed internal organs over the motorcyclist. As a result, it appeared the man was severely injured. After first responders determined the man suffered only a broken foot he was transported via ground ambulance to a hospital. The incident was referred to the South Dakota HP.
