Yep that "NEW BIKE FEELING"....theres nothing like it..

Bad part about it is you may need to get another job...:buttkick:

Lets see, if memory serves me right it's something like this::whistling:

I got to add foot pegs $$ for comfort, back rest $$ for support, got to have this Chrome gadget $$ and I must have one of those chrome widgets $$.

Honey, would you mind if I get this thing too$$. I really NEED to get this $$ so that I can, and I will also need $$ this to go with that.

Oh and I really need one of those things I saw on this other bike$$

Honey, there is a bike rally next weekend do you mind if I go $$$

Its only for Friday and Saturday night, and the motel $$ but it comes with a free breakfast..

Gas$$ .........

Honey, I'm gonna have to replace my tires cause they are already worn down.

Insurance due again$$$$$$

Congratulations! It is easy to take it for granted the great performance of these bikes if I don't think back to the first ride on my 03 Midnight V. I still can't think of another tourer that I would rather have. The honeymoon will never end.:clap2::sign killer dude:

rainearc Congratulations!!! As heatonmt said, It is a family here on this site. Remember not to ride it like a V twin. Let her wind out a little, other wise she will buck you. Enjoy one of the best keep secrets around. Later-

Eck, you are right on. I agree with you 100%. Problem is, my wife agrees with me. Honey, you need that? Go ahead and get it. The following week she comes home with some new clothes, jacket, pants, etc. It never ends.

Carl,

Hope you will have many happy miles riding te new scoot, but remember to post some pics when you take a break from riding. You can ride up to the weekend car shows there at Old Town. I been there a few times and really enjoy seeing all the old cars. Ride Safe!

I just Picked up an 09 S model and love it too, however, I have two compliants thus far. First, it feels like the front tire wants to slip out from under me at times, and I have a slight tap right front cilinder until the bike warms up. 900 miles. First service done at 600 miles. What do you think. Ideas?

Congrats on your new bike and welcome to the club. As far as the tire goes, check your air pressure. If its below 40 lbs bring it up to 44 and see how it feels. The factory tires leaves a lot to be desired. Most of us switch over to Avon Venoms once they wear out.

Since your bike is under warranty have the dealer check out the tapping.
