James Ardrey Posted February 21, 2008 #13 Posted February 21, 2008 Congratulations! It is easy to take it for granted the great performance of these bikes if I don't think back to the first ride on my 03 Midnight V. I still can't think of another tourer that I would rather have. The honeymoon will never end.

Luigi01 Posted November 5, 2009 #20 Posted November 5, 2009 I just Picked up an 09 S model and love it too, however, I have two compliants thus far. First, it feels like the front tire wants to slip out from under me at times, and I have a slight tap right front cilinder until the bike warms up. 900 miles. First service done at 600 miles. What do you think. Ideas? Luigi I took delivery of a new leftover 2007 Royal Star Venture. I am so pleased with this motorcycle. The Venture is my 21st Bike and I absolutly love this machine! Thanks Yamaha! Happy Venture Rider
1BigDog Posted November 5, 2009 #21 Posted November 5, 2009 Congrats on your new bike and welcome to the club. As far as the tire goes, check your air pressure. If its below 40 lbs bring it up to 44 and see how it feels. The factory tires leaves a lot to be desired. Most of us switch over to Avon Venoms once they wear out. Since your bike is under warranty have the dealer check out the tapping.
