Drreb Posted August 1, 2013 #10 Posted August 1, 2013 I have the ball milled covers and they are shiny and bright after many years.
Wrench Posted August 1, 2013 #11 Posted August 1, 2013 I have a pic of them on my '99 in my album. They were installed by the original owner and they still look good as long as you keep the bug guts off of them.
Condor Posted August 1, 2013 #12 Posted August 1, 2013 I have the set you have pictured on the '99 and a set that has sort of a spike on the '07..I guess to gore rabbits??. Both from P.O.'s. They both look OK, but if the chrome does start to peel I'll get 'm stripped and polished out. They are aluminum and chrome doesn't want to stick for some reason??
IronMike Posted August 1, 2013 #13 Posted August 1, 2013 I went to a chrome shop for trucks and found a chrome round but cover that fits the but perfectly. It was like two bucks. No pic I'm on the road. Maybe later.
