About a week ago I purchased my Gerbing heated gloves. The didnt seen a warm as they should so I guessed I had a problem. I called the Harley dealer that I bought them and found they were now on back order. Later in the day I recieved a call from a nice young lady at Gerbing. Her name is Sarah. I have never been treated so good in my life. No questions asked she told me that she was gonna UPS a new pair to me and send a call tag for for the pick up of the other ones. She also asked me about how the fit was. I did feel I got ones that were a little to big so she sent the one size smaller. I have heard nothing but good about that company but it takes a problem and how they deal with it to show them shine!!! Besides having the best warranty they are a pleasure to deal with. Oh and one more thing-- She sent the new ones over night and said it was because it is cold and I need them now. Hows that for customer service!!!

Just yesterday while wandering around Sam's Club I ran acrossed a display of heating gismos. The whole package ran around 10 bucks, and there looked to be a bunch in the box.... anyway the label read good for 10 hours of warmth. I'm wondering if it might be a good thing to buy a box of them and keep a few in the scoot for those 'unexpected' cold snaps we get out here on the left coast???:detective: :whistling:

I bought a heated jacket from them last Jan. at the Detroit M/C show and just love it. All I wear under it is a t-shirt and my leather jacket on top. I've been out in temps down to about 36* and have not been cold at all.

Coming back from Eureka Springs we ran into rain and 50* temps and with that jacket I was toasty.
