Ah, now I see why you wanted that picture of a V4 engine a while back. I'm sure you're aware that with four mufflers on it and the wrong set of carbs, that that's a Royal Star engine, not really a Venture engine. But close enough maybe. I don't know of any such picture of a Venture engine. Besides, four mufflers definitely displays that it's a V4 and not a V twin.

After seeing the back, in my head I heard myself saying the line "with double mint gum".

Hey Freebird I Think They Look Great!!!!!!!! Are You Going To Get Anymore Small Patches?

Yes, the play on words with the old double mint gum commercials was intentional. I thought it was fun. Yea, I knew it was a Royal Star engine but I liked the 4 pipes that make it obvious that it's a V4. Nobody will care about the carbs.

I'm thinking of other text for other shirts too. V4, TWICE AS NICE is one that comes to mind.

Yes, I've got to get some new small patches ordered. Been out for a while. I'll get on that soon.

Not a 1st Gen V-4 but still looks great and it's a little slower so people could get a good look at it...

Sure gets old....

Ok...so 2nd Gens are slow...and 1st Gens are ugly...can we move on?

Don, I like your concepts on the back for the shirts. On the front, maybe just VentureRiders, or a shot of the patch, or if it was feasible, maybe they coule leave a "blank" on the top half of a circle so that we could "fill in" where we are from - for example - NorCal VentureRiders/Arkansas VentureRiders, whatever? I would leave the "club" off, and personally (don't take offense) I like VentureRiders vs. VentureRiders.org. Just my three cent piece. Great Job , however in updating and coming up with clever ideas.:thumbsup2:

So...since everyone is kickin ideas...how about something like this:

"Big V4, 98 HP, Shaft Drive, Water Cooling!"

{your Motor pic}

Under that in smaller type:

"If new CARS were belt driven, would you buy one?"

How about this:

"Royal Star Venture"

under that in smaller type:

"Uncommon Ride

for Uncommon Riders"

Or try this one:

"Venture"

"The Name Says It ALL"

Great looking shirt! When can we order them?

Keep up the good work!

I like the idea. Leave off the .org and don't call us a motorcycle club. A riding club fits us better. Just let me know when they will be ready to order.:2132:

How about this one:

"VentureRider.org

An Internet Club with a Motorcycle Problem"

There have been some good tag lines submitted here. I have to order these in quantities to get the best price and I can't mix different styles. So.....we need to decide what you want them to say and then how many long sleeve, short sleeve and etc. Also, there are several choices as to brand and weight. I've been looking at Hanes tagless tees. 6.1 ounce. Any of you have a favorite brand and etc. that you wish to suggest?

One thought...a rider calling attention to himself with the words 'Motorcycle Club'...or just M/C...can have some explaining to do if he associates at all with or around actual Motorcycle Clubs...here in Texas, for example, any Motorcycle Club may run afoul of the Banditos if they dont get approval first.

Now...what anyone rides or wears is their own business as far as I am concerned...but the Southern Cruisers have decided against certain wording and patches, for just this reason.

I'm just sayin.

Yall be careful.

Been through this issue a couple of times myself. The problem has come when the club puts a Rocker with an area or a State under their club colors on the back.
