My cousin has had a POS 81 Harley for a few years now, and after a lot of heartbreak and $$$, has finally taken my advise to sell it.

I've been telling him what a great, and affordable bike my first gen is and that he should get rid of the Harley and get a Venture. I told him I'd find him one, just let me know when he's ready.

Well, he went to a dealer and found an 87 Aspencade that he traded straight up for the Harley. No doubt the Honda is a fine bike,....but it's not a Venture.

At least he moved in the right direction.

The Aspencade he got is Champagne colored.....I'll have great fun telling him his bike is PINK.....lol

The saga continues, but at least I'll be comfortable that the Goldwing will get him to where he wants to go and back home again.
