gibvel Posted July 24, 2013 #1 Posted July 24, 2013 Just recently my Firefox browser has lost the ability to pop up a ballon when you hover the arrow over a link. You know. when your looking at the list of new posts and you want to see the first few sentences of the post to see if you want to read the whole topic. You hover the arrow over the topic title and a ballon pops up so you can see the first few sentences. Chrome still works okay but firefox doesn't Has anyone else had this problem and solved it? If so, how did you fix it?
alwrmcusn Posted July 24, 2013 #2 Posted July 24, 2013 I have not had the problem but suggest a check for update/upgrade and then a reinstall of FF. Are you keeping your version of Windows updated?
gibvel Posted July 24, 2013 Author #3 Posted July 24, 2013 Yes, everything is up to date. Funny thing is I think this started with the last FF update.
Black Owl Posted July 24, 2013 #5 Posted July 24, 2013 Have you changed the way you get into the forum? If I go in through the home page I only get the balloon after clicking the "more" button on the lower right edge of the page. When I go in through the Forum, the balloon pops up immediately when I place the curser on the thread title.
gibvel Posted July 24, 2013 Author #6 Posted July 24, 2013 I've got a link on my home page that takes me straight to the "new posts". I've had to click the "more" button at the bottom also, however, that doesn't work anymore.
