Turn Of the Century Glass Slides

Anyone know what I can do with these?

I have about 800 glass slides from the turn of the century from various parts of the world.

They are of everyday people going about their daily lives.

Pictures of cities, various industries, farmland, just too many to list.

 

Besides trying to sell each on ebay I was hoping maybe there might be some other possibilities.

 

I also have the origional projector in working condition.

 

Your ideas would be appreciated.

well if u want to get artsy and u can see the subject when held to a light...

how about stringing them somehow to hang in front of a window

My wife has been wanting to do that with some of my old underwater slides

get a slide adapter for a scanner, scan and digitize them. Just a cool thing to do.
