Looking for backrest mounting brackets

While searching for body parts I met Doug W in nearby Sooke, also on Vancouver Island. In true Venture Rider style, he was kind enough to allow me to take ALL the parts I needed from a spare bike he has no immediate use for. In return, I am looking for a part he needs to mount his backrest on his lovely machine. He has the backrest but needs the brackets in the foreground.
