Jayceesfolly Posted June 29, 2013 #1 Posted June 29, 2013 The view out my dining room window was changed yesterday. It was very interesting to watch. The crew were very skilled and worked together like a well oiled machine. Nine men and a "sidewalk superintendent". It took 2 1/2 half hours from the time the Bobcat started to strip off the sod to the garden hoses going in and water flowing. This is the new therapy pool for "The Boss". She says she is glad it is finally in and ready to use. Due to the wet and rainy weather, in our area, the installation is 5 weeks behind. It was scheduled for the last week of May. Now I am waiting for the deck people to come and install the deck and the electricians to bury the electric and hook it up. It should be complete by next week. Anyone for a pool party???
Midrsv Posted June 29, 2013 #2 Posted June 29, 2013 Congratulation on the new pool. I would highly recommend that you use salt water with a salt water chlorine generator instead of chlorine tablets for water sanitizing. We switched to saltwater 3 years ago and it is much easier and cheaper to maintain. Dennis
Big Lou Posted June 29, 2013 #3 Posted June 29, 2013 Man now that is a cooler How much ice does it take
Jayceesfolly Posted June 29, 2013 Author #4 Posted June 29, 2013 I don't have a need for ice. The pool is mere steps away from this cooler.
TATERS Posted June 29, 2013 #5 Posted June 29, 2013 It looks great Jim! It's really coming along. Now all we need is a few dog days of summer right?
skydoc_17 Posted June 29, 2013 #8 Posted June 29, 2013 DID SOMEONE SAY "POOL PARTY" AT JIM'S! Just askin'! Earl
Yammer Dan Posted June 29, 2013 #10 Posted June 29, 2013 Don't let the "boss" get close to it with lawn mower......just saying.
Freebird Posted June 29, 2013 #11 Posted June 29, 2013 HEY...it's been TWO years since I've been in the pond.
