Ontario riders to Spragues ?

There was talk of a weekend run to Spragues on Saturday. Is it still planned?

For those interested... per pm from Steve (The Count) :

So, here is the collective thinking.

1) set this for Monday

2) Niagara or Collingwood (need to consider vacation traffic and cars) - Trying to be home by around 7:00pm. Some of us work Tuesday.

3) eats along the way, tbd. Could be Trailers bbq or a road restaurant

4) Spargue for Monday, then work the next day is a little much. NOT Sprague this time. I would prefer a Saturday to do this.

5) SO, the big question on Venturerider.org posting and have who ever come, is your choices.

 

Will update this thread on meeting point, plans.... as they develop.

July 1 - Canada Day

 

Plans are

Niagara Falls and area run.

 

Departure times and locations along the way are still TBA. Need to consult Wizard and XV1100SE.

 

Early plan is to haul the trailer and put in the mini propane BBQ to do some road side grilling. Cooler, to keep the cold ones, well, cold.

 

STAY TUNE for detail plans on Friday.

Sounds great, including the roadside BBQ, but we will not make it home from our Venture East trip until after the weekend. Hope it is a good day for all!

Steve... you, I, and Barry (bluebarry) can meet in Kitchener (Homer Watson Tim Horton's) and go from there. You had mentioned a stop in Paris and then Caledonia... times to be determined based on who is joining us.

 

If you are bringing the bbq and a cooler... should each person bring what they want to eat? Or are we going to make it a pot luck kinda thing?
