My Radio produces no sound while in Acc....

The radio of my '08 RSV was working and producing sound for about 15 min, while switched to Acc, and then the sound (only) stopped. I could make station selections, but received no sound. However, when I switched the ignition switch from Acc to On, I received sound...... Anyone have suggestions for a remedy?

Had this happen the other day while washing bike. Worked again in ACC after starting bike thought it might be a battery saver

I have no written (i.e. documentation) proof to support this, but I'll bet it's a battery saver feature.

My switch was left on acc last Fri (no, it wasn't me) and when I got ready to go riding on Sunday, the battery was DEAD, DEAD, DEAD. Local auto parts recharged it and with no dead cells, we installed it and I was on my merry way. I don't think I even had the radio on.

You would have to put a battery http://www.prioritystart.com/marine.php in, we put them in squad cars.
