broken bolt

i have a broken bolt on my muffler clamp and it is rusted in pretty good the bolt on the other muffler clamp is rusted to so i dont want to chance it yet till i have replacements can anyone tell me the size and thread of these bolts i will be soaking them with trans and break fluid mixture before removing them and i hope the threads are clean on the clamp if not i will re tap them if needed

I use a wire brush on all rustedd bolts..junk yard trick,,

 

Zip ties wont fix a muffler though...

 

How is it running now?? Did you get it fixed

no not yet i still have my exhaust leak i have actually been speending alot of time with my new girlfriend and not working on red i think she is getting tempermental but she is just a machine i just cant let her see this post :rotf: i will be fixing her today oil change filter some grease on the grease fittings all the stuff i can do untill i get with squidley and he can teach me alot more about my 1st gen that i dont know or cant do right now
