mini-muffin Posted June 21, 2013 #1 Posted June 21, 2013 Went to the sewing and quilting expo yesterday in Raleigh and saw this. Thought it was pretty cool, might have to figure one out for a bike. Of course ours is always outside, under the canopy. Just thought I'd share. I did get some nice pics of quilts if anyone wants I can post them as well. Margaret
Yama Mama Posted September 2, 2013 #3 Posted September 2, 2013 That is cool Mini. Yes, I would love to see the quilts. If I ever stop babysitting, I want to make one. Yama Mama
Trader Posted September 2, 2013 #4 Posted September 2, 2013 Maybe one can be made up for a venture....and raffled off at the next international. Of course it would have to be a first gen quilt.

REDRIDER52 Posted September 2, 2013 #6 Posted September 2, 2013 (edited) My wife is heavy into quilting and would like to see the pictures as she entered hers in the local Farm show and took first place in her division Edited September 2, 2013 by REDRIDER52

mini-muffin Posted September 7, 2013 Author #8 Posted September 7, 2013 Here's some more of the pics I took. I have more I'll add Just didn't want it to be too long for the one post. Some have two pics one up close and one taking in the whole quilt. Margaret
Yama Mama Posted September 16, 2013 #10 Posted September 16, 2013 Those are amazing Mini! I think quilts are such an interesting art form. There are so many talented quilters. My aunt used to quilt all the time. When we go to church festivals in the county I always buy tickets to try to win one, but never do. I want to start making quilted table runners. They are cool looking too, but do not take as much time to make. I have made one already. I just need to get an idea for another one. Maybe I should make a Venturerider one. It is an idea. Yama Mama
