Trader Posted June 21, 2013 #1 Posted June 21, 2013 I was out on an errand today and found the strangest sign!
Snaggletooth Posted June 21, 2013 #3 Posted June 21, 2013 Oh yeah!! Priceless!!! Gotta get one of those for Yammers driveway.
CaptainJoe Posted June 21, 2013 #6 Posted June 21, 2013 That may very well be a second Gen Turtle crossing, but that trailer behind the sign is for a 1st gen...
Trader Posted June 21, 2013 Author #7 Posted June 21, 2013 but that trailer behind the sign is for a 1st gen... Yeah, I figured someone would pick up on that!
Flyinfool Posted June 21, 2013 #9 Posted June 21, 2013 That may very well be a second Gen Turtle crossing, but that trailer behind the sign is for a 1st gen... Now why would one park at a 2nd gen crossing to look for 1st gens???? Since the 2nd gens are now discontinued antiques, it is obvious that the trailer is there waiting for second gens.
JohnT Posted June 22, 2013 #10 Posted June 22, 2013 That trailer isn't for any 1st Gen. I thought it quite appropriate that a trailer is waiting at a 2nd Gen crossing. Not sure why, but it just seems fitting somehow.
CaptainJoe Posted June 22, 2013 #11 Posted June 22, 2013 (edited) I guess the trailer could be for a second gen.. You see, it will be quite a few years before even the first, second gen Hits the "Antique" mark... Sometimes, they are trailered, to save wear and tear on the riders body. RareLy are they trailered because they are BROKE DoWN... Edited June 22, 2013 by CaptainJoe
