Ok, my Rivco air horns quit? Press the button, sounds like its farting? Can't find a hose leak. Can the diaphram go bad? Is it worth repairing or replace with one of the other horns that have been of recent discusion here?:confused24:

Had the same issue's with my Rivco's. Talked to Rivco about this and they recommend that I flush them out with WD40 and that worked well. Now the horn is loose from the actual diaphram body so I mixed up some plastic steel and reset it. It worked when tested with canned air, but still have not tested it on the bike yet. Horns look nice but IMO aren't worth the money.

:confused24:When you say flush, are you talking the individule horns or the air unit itself? How would you flush it?

I'm talking about the horns themselves. Just spray right into the horn and let it drain out. Also check and make sure that the line isn't getting pinched somplace.
