Room at Oberlin Inn open

I'm cancelling my room at the Inn, need to go to hospital to address heart problems I've been having lately. Have a heart valve that was installed with a pacemaker 15 years ago. It seems to be leaking, that or I got something blocked and I need a bypass or 2. Hope to still attend the aug. WNY rally, hopefully.

I've cut out salt, quit smoking 2 mos. now, need to exercise but get winded in no time. Got tested yesterday, but Dr. called in afternoon and said that heart is no better than 2 mos. ago, so I need to go in to have them check things out by going in veins with camera and see what things look like. Had a bad night so I called and told them to get ball rolling instead of waiting till I got home from MD , don't want to be on road and have things go wacky.

a friend just had an angiogram and said it was a piece of cake! I guess they go thru the wrist or forearm now instead of up thru the groin.

I had one back in '98, that's how I ended up with a new valve and pacemaker. I'm hoping to do Stardays in PA. in July, and WNY rally in Aug.

Does your room have 1 or 2 beds ? I'd be interested if it has 2 and I could find another occupant to split the room cost.
