well that's debatable. First define good. Any set of forks you pick up I would rebuild anyway and install progressive springs. New seals is a given.

 

Now what I would do is replace your forks with MK2 ones so you can get some decent brakes on your scoot instead of those less than adequate MK1 ones...

Oh boy. On eBay prices can run all over the place from $50.00 to over $200.00. Then again, it's ebay so you can never be sure of what you might get. Be prepared to do a rebuild with seals and upper and lower bushings and do an upgrade to Progressive springs while you're at it.

To define good: Any forks that are not pitted. Mine have pits in them, and just ruined my seals, and are leaking. My go-to bike guy said I will need forks.

Now depending on how much you want to spend and go to new inner legs there is a company that makes them to order.

 

But for the life of me I can not find or recall the name at the moment. I'm sure somebody will pop in with it.
