carbon one lift adapter to borrow

Hi I am looking to borrow a carbon one lift adapter for a short period to change tires..I have a jack but don't know if the adapter will fit so if I could borrow one before I ordered one..I am in the Tornto GTA area of Ontario and could go for a ride buy s Timmies and meet...
