A LEO may take issue with a flashing light.

If they can be wired for constant on and can handle the heat of constant on then they should work fine.

You may want to email the seller since he says he makes up each set to order. He may be willing to omit the flash controller and drop the price a little. He should also know if you can wire them for constant on.

My understanding is that a flashing red is acceptable for a brake light. That's what all those brake light flashers do. But it must be on the rear.

I think blue is a no-no on the road everywhere.

White might be a problem too.

There may be regulations on when amber can be used if it's not a turn signal.

I think a momentary flash like up to 6 then steady on is OK in rear. But a continous blink is probably a no no.

Actually they must remain on , they can modulate between bright and dim initially but not flash on and off ( ok lets split hairs ) and many states say they may only modulate 4x before being steady on.

New Toyota running around here have the thrid brake light flash and not go steady on. I figured it was a fluke on the first one or two I saw but I have seen dozens of them like that.

Hello my friend, I'm always an email away, or, since I deleted all the pm I thought I had to save that works again too!

Not riding the Venture, title issues have forced me to put it in storage until hell freezes over or Ky decides to honor a dying mans wishes. I belive I should probably trust in the first one
