I sure could use a new controller as mine is cracked and the mount holes are gone. Too expensive from Momma Yamma so if anyone knows of a wrecked 2nd gen please let me know.

I don't have one but I say one on EBay a few weeks ago, you might want to check on it. Good luck with it. If the controller still works you migh be able to put it back together with some epoxy to get you by until you do find one.

Yours is still under warranty. Mine cracked and I took it to the dealer. They replaced it under warranty. There's no reason it should be cracked under normal wear and tear.

IT IS covered under warranty.

I didn't think to look to see the year of your bike. Like Buddy says it's under warranty bring it to the dealer. If the dealer is not helpful then call your area Yamaha rep.
