I've been getting some questions on how Ashley has been doing so I guess I need to post some info on that. She is doing better. She still has some discomfort but not like the pain she had before. Looks like the meds are helping. She's had two visits with the specialists and they belive we can sit back and relax a bit as the first "worst case" senarios they discussed with us are not the problem. So that is a relief for both of us.

More visits and tests coming and now waiting for the last set of lab results from the last go round.

 

They know what was causing the pain at the time but not why it was happening in the first place. They want to answer that question and deal with that ASAP. She's been scanned, poked and prodded so much she feels like a VooDoo doll.

 

But I want to say again, thank each and every one of you for your words and actions of encouragement, well wishes, prayers and support though this.

 

What has happened here, though all of you, has helped stablize my situtation and taken the pressure off so I can deal with all this in a better state of mind than I was a couple weeks ago. That means so much for us right now.

 

So from Ashley and myself, again, thank you all for everything.

OK, so I am brand new to the Venture scene, and to this forum. I have been around bikes and have rode and raced my whole life. I have been involved in many forums/communities. Have not run into a crowd this cool in a long time.

 

Although I was going to join officially for the dollar a month deal at the end of my trial period, this thread made me do it immediately, instead of procrastinating. I am impressed and humbled by how generous you all are. Really gives a little faith back in humanity in these insane times.
