Yamamike Posted April 22, 2013 #1 Posted April 22, 2013 I know this has been discussed but I can't find what bulb models are used on the first Gens. If I'm not mistaken the tail/brake bulbs are 1157 and signal are 1156. Could someone please confirm or correct me. Thanks in advance.
bongobobny Posted April 22, 2013 #2 Posted April 22, 2013 Yup, single filament vs dual filament. The fronts are 1157A's but because the lense is also amber 1157's can be used...
XV1100SE Posted April 22, 2013 #3 Posted April 22, 2013 Aren't 1st Gen's so old they didn't have bulbs in those day? Didn't they just use candles and/or fireflys.
