been using the tag off a trailer I sold years ago, they keep sending me a renewal every year and I keep renewing it. If I get stopped they would never know that the trailer I am pulling isn't the one stated on the registration. I also use it on several trailers.

 

And now the whole world knows (or at least the ones who visit this site).:mytruck1:

Texas requires it also, same size as a car/truck plate. cost as much as the one for the bike.

p.s. got to renew it every year. but no safety inspection required.

Here in Kalifornia all utility trailers require a PTI (permanent trailer identification) plate that's renewable every 5 years for $20 bucks. My only beef is that the plate is the size of those on a auto instead of smaller like on the bike. Some of these smaller trailers look like they are all plate on the rear.....
