Where babies come from

Six year old Annie comes home with big tears in her eyes.

 

Her mother notices and quietly asks what's wrong.

 

"I nearly died of shame!" she answers.

 

"Sam from over the road, says that the stork sells babies.

 

Sally next door said you can buy babies at the orphanage.

 

Pete down the street says you can buy babies at the hospital."

 

Her mother answers laughingly, "But thats no reason to be ashamed."
