Question, is it essential for it to be there, or, is it an option to leave it off?

If the plug in question is indeed for the camshaft cap, it is essential that it be replaced. I read that somewhere in the manual.

Well at least I'm glad that happened, now you is a whole lot wiser,,,,, but Ben & I have a discussion coming up,,,,, you see, there are 4 bikes in my garage,, now which one is the culprit?
