First Decent Ride

Well finally got to go for a ride longer than 2 miles.Had to go pick up my daughter about 12 miles so tried it out a little on the way twist the throttle it is still a little sluggish then kicks in and hold on it will go 55 to 80 no problem. I have 40 psi in the rear tire and 30 psi in the rear shock progressive in front with no psi it road nice on the way back with my daughter so next time hope to have my wife on and see how it goes. :cool10:

Glad to hear someone is getting to ride:Venture: I've been running a jackhammer all weekend so I kinda feel like I've been riding a Harley:rotf: Hope to get the Venture out this week

Now that the arm is out of a cast and strong enough, we went for a run out to the flea market. 50 miles out and 50 back. Most of it was interstate but I got off and did a few curves just to see how it would feel. Venture feels good and it was nice to get back to riding again.

That is the farthest I have gone since I got the bike done still some fine tuning to be done have a bad wobble when I release the bars might even be the tire looks worn from being drove with low pressure was still a nice feeling just to enjoy the fruits of my labor

Carol and I just got back from VA a few hours ago. Managed to turn it into a 900 mile ride.

Guess where she is,,, yep gone to bed!

First ride of the year for me, felt great. Still way too many spaals on the roads tho. Supposed to be close to 80 all this week, so I guess I will get more seat time in.

yup, I got the old girl out for a ride today as well, took Lori with me too! Brought the 86 out, headed out for a nice brunch and cruised the beach and around outside of town.

I love the 86, it is a beautiful ride!
