Bridgestone Tires in Freezing Conditions

Please, if you have Bridgestone tires and they have been subjected to below freezing temperatures (even during storage) read this and then go check your tires before you ride. Scary! Makes Avons look minor.

I am currently dealing with Avon sidewall cracking.

Seeing this is troubling for sure. Many of us ride and store our bikes at or below freezing.

Makes me want to take my wheels off and store them inside during the winter. Does anyone else do this?

I have never tried Avons but I don't think the cold weather has anything to do with them cracking. A friend had three sets replaced from Southwest motor sports in one year and he lives in Arizona.
